Отговорности:
Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Documentation:
- Input and maintain accurate records in databases and spreadsheets.
- Organize and file documents, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility.
Communication:
- Assist in responding to emails and phone calls, providing information or redirecting inquiries as needed.
- Draft and proofread internal and external communication materials.
Research:
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned.
- Compile and summarize information for presentations or reports.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and material preparation.
General Administrative Tasks:
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
