Commercial Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Отговорности:

  • Support in the development of strategies and implementation of a tool to minimize risk and ensure compliance with legal regulations in supply chain due diligence in the commercial sector
  • Support in the analysis, evaluation and monitoring of business partners in the context of supply chain due diligence as well as identification of improvement opportunities and their implementation
  • Working closely with various internal departments, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance in the supply chain
  • Supporting the development and implementation of cross-location guidelines in collaboration with internal departments
  • Creation of work/process instructions or presentation of processes 
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on due diligence procedures and best practices in supply chain management
  • Actively participate in sustainable sourcing and social responsibility initiatives in the supply chain
  • Support and preparation of internal and external audits

Изисквания:

  • Completed studies in business, law, sustainability or another relevant subject area
  • Good understanding of the requirements of the Supply Chain Duty of Care Act and other relevant regulations
  • Analytical skills for risk assessment and development of solution strategies
  • Experience in process optimization and implementation
  • Willingness for business travel (approx. 20%)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A high level of ownership skills and a proactive approach to work
