For our Production and Technical Department we are looking for


Aurubis Operating System Engineers (m/f/d) Continuous Improvement Specialists

Your Tasks

  • Support the continuous improvement, the transformation processes and the innovations in your department;
  • Take an active part in the implementation of change projects and the introduction of new practices that lead to financial benefits for the company;
  • Make equipment and/or process performance analyses and identify points for improvement;
  • Render technical advice in the process of preparation of pre-feasibility studies, equipment availability analyses and risk assessments;
  • Support the colleagues in carrying out efficiency improvement initiatives and in the realization of optimization measures.

Your Profile

  • High technical university degree in Metallurgy, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant;
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment;
  • Experience in project coordination and/or  in business optimization would be considered an advantage;
  • Professional MS Office skills;
  • Excellent English language skills – both written and spoken;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Pro-active personality and continuous improvement mindset.
