Senior Manager HR Lab & Digital Transformation (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • In this position, you will play a key role in taking our HR organization to the next level. You will have dedicated capacity for innovation and projects and report directly to our SVP HR.
  • As our incubator for the renewal of HR, you will drive the sustainable implementation of strategic initiatives, in particular for consistent digitization, and establish HR even stronger in the role as an enabler for continuous progress.
  • You will transform your knowledge about HR digital state of the art approaches as well as the relevant future HR trends in innovative HR solutions.
  • As our HR trend scout, you will promote the exchange of best practices in our international HR community.
  • As PMO and project lead, you passionately manage strategic group-wide business and HR projects.
  • You develop concepts for the further development of HR instruments. The preparation and execution of decision-making processes with our top management as well as the implementation of an active stakeholder management are also part of your tasks.
  • You actively support the implementation of organizational, process-related and IT-related changes.
  • You take responsibility for our group-wide HR process management and continuous improvement. You develop strategic and operational processes as well as workflows for our HR systems, processes and reporting.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a master’s or diploma degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or a comparable subject.
  • You have several years of working experience within a large company or in consulting and a proven track record in implementing digital transformation and HR projects.
  • You are eager to work at the sweet spot of innovation where people, technology and process intersect and enjoy combining technological understanding with strategic analysis as well as implementation work.
  • You are on the pulse of digital HR trends and future HR topics and love to generate innovative ideas within a changing environment.
  • Additionally, you have experience with HR systems and can rely on a strong knowledge of the HR product and service portfolio.
  • You possess strong proven skills in the field of project management methodology and are ideally versed in standards such as Agile, Lean or Six Sigma. 
  • On top, you can trust in your experience in process management and continuous improvement as well as in profound change management skills.
  • With your entrepreneurial mindset and excellent conceptual skills, you are eager to drive projects forward and to achieve tangible results.
  • As an excellent communicator and moderator at multiple levels you can easily connect to people and inspire them.
  • Your English and German are business fluent.
