Program Manager Aurubis Planning System (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • In this position, you implement Aurubis supply processes onto the Aurubis Planning System (APS) platform in coordination with different stakeholders, e.g. IT, commercials, processing plants, and an external implementation partner.
  • You are accountable for the program management of the APS implementation.
  • Additionally, you ensure a customer-focused and value-driven approach to deliver APS modules.
  • You ensure continuous alignment and improvement by (virtual) collaboration of all APS projects.
  • Furthermore, you develop and implement strategies and governance for the APS implementation.
  • You are the Scrum Master for all running projects in the APS Program, optimize existing planning processes and adapt them.
  • Besides that, you are responsible for the development and implementation of processes for APS-supported optimization.
  • You develop business models for APS modules, request proposals, negotiate with suppliers and place orders as part of the APS procurement process.
  • In addition, you are accountable for the APS support.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies (Master/diploma) in the field of economics, industrial engineering, computer science or similar.
  • You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in project and process management ideally in supply chain management.
  • Additionally, you have professional experience in agile project management.
  • You are fluent in German and your business English skills are very good – both written and spoken.
  • Furthermore, you possess good problem solving skills and the ability to cooperate in an interdisciplinary team.
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and develop relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Besides that, you are characterized by a strong sense of empathy as well as intercultural competence.
  • You are experienced in business modelling, procurement and project controlling.
  • In addition, you think and act in an entrepreneurial manner.
  • You use MS Office applications to a high standard, and you can get familiar with other applications quickly.
  • A confident manner, assertiveness as well as a structured, pragmatic, analytical and value-focused way of working complete your profile.
