Group Process Management (GPM) is the department for business process management at corporate level of the entire Aurubis Group. The main tasks are the introduction of group-wide process management standards, the optimization of processes as necessary, and the regular assessment of process implementation within group projects.

Group Process Manager SCM (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • identification, prioritization, and documented mapping of processes critical to the company in a process architecture coordinated across the group (process modeling tool: Signavio)
  • standardizing, harmonizing, and optimizing business processes (priority on lab and sampling) across the group with a focus on the respective functional division/responsibility (This also applies in a cross-functional capacity in a team of multiple Global Process Managers as part of projects.)
  • developing, introducing, and ensuring the implementation of group standards with respect to organizational measures, regulations, processes, process KPIs, and IT systems
  • bundling specialist expertise with respect to organizational measures, regulations, processes, process KPIs, and IT systems
  • act as a process and system owner within the scope of an end-to-end process approach in coordination with the Global Process Owner of the respective functional division and the GPM management
  • developing and implementing optimization ideas with a focus on group standards with respect to organizational measures, regulations, processes, process KPIs, and IT systems – in particular by pushing digitalization forward

Your Profile

  • college/university degree in engineering, science, economics, business mathematics, informatics, or similar
  • many years of professional experience in international process management and/or in the respective functional division (e.g., supply chain – logistics, sampling & laboratory functions)
  • sound knowledge in business process management with many years of professional experience in designing, harmonizing, and optimizing processes
  • experience in project management, change management, and conflict resolution, as well as in managing international projects
  • expertise in presenting, moderating, and training
  • good knowledge of process modeling
  • basic know-how in the definition of process KPIs
  • good communication and collaboration, as well as SAP R/3 and/or SAP S/4 skills
  • very good spoken and written German and English
  • strong analytical and conceptual abilities combined with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
