HR Expert Global Mobility / Expatriate Management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the global assignment process of our employees, working closely with HR colleagues and key stakeholders worldwide.
  • You will manage all international assignments throughout their life cycles at all hierarchical levels across departments and inter-regionally.
  • Besides drawing up contracts and cost estimates, your responsibilities include researching and analyzing immigration and social security issues as well as leading the annual review of assignment-related allowances and supporting annual salary rounds.
  • You will be responsible for managing the different providers and looking into cross-border scenarios.
  • You will support the design and implementation of new global policies, monitor mobility market trends and further enhance global mobility processes.

Your Profile

  • You hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree or diploma in business administration, economics, or law and bring at least three years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources in the field of expatriate / global mobility management.
  • Furthermore, you have knowledge of HR processes, principles, and practice in HRM and a passion for developing and optimizing systems and processes.
  • You possess analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to think outside the box.
  • Your excellent written and verbal communication skills (business fluency in English) allow you to focus on the essentials and to clearly and concisely articulate that to all levels of employees within our organization. Additional language skills (e.g., German) would be an advantage.
  • You have an engaging, adaptable, and connecting personality.
  • You strive to get things done by being assertive, disciplined, and relentless, while using your interpersonal skills to progress your agenda in a truly collaborative way.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, as well as hands-on experience with HRIS software (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) round off your profile.
