The Senior Business Analyst leads advanced financial reporting and controlling activities with a strong focus on dashboard-based insights. This role is responsible for designing and delivering automated, real-time financial dashboards by integrating from multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Production Applications, CRM) leveraging the latest technologies, including AI and LLM-enabled analytics.
The position plays a key role in forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Partnering across functions, the Senior Business Analyst will enhance transparency, improve financial steering, and continuously optimize reporting processes through automation, scalability, and data intelligence.

Your Tasks
Design, develop, and maintain automated, real-time dashboards delivering clear and actionable insights into financial and operational performance across the organization.
Leverage advanced analytics tools, including AI and LLMs, to enhance reporting quality, speed, and insight generation.
Consolidate and integrate data from multiple systems (including SAP, production systems, and CRM) to ensure high data integrity, consistency, and governance.
Develop tailored dashboards and reports aligned with stakeholder needs and operational priorities.
Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting processes to reduce manual effort and enhance scalability, transparency, and compliance with corporate standards.
Calculate, analyze, and report metal results,ts , including variance analysis and root-cause identification, to ensure accuracy, transparency, and reliability in financial reporting.
Build and maintain robust financial models for revenue drivers and operating costs to enable forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis under varying market and operational conditions.
Support financial planning activities, including long-term planning (MTP), quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks.
Monitor and analyze commercial conditions, including TC/RC, metal deductions, and metal contents, in collaboration with Commercial and Group Commercial Controlling.
Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations to support informed decision-making on feed mix, inventory targets, and overall performance management.
Act as a trusted finance business partner by translating complex data into clear insights and supporting informed, data-driven decisions.
Promote and support the implementation of automation and AI-enabled solutions to drive efficiency and standardization across the organization.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate standards, and audit requirements
Establish governance, documentation, and training for reporting tools to ensure consistent usage and adoption.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A, preferably within metals or manufacturing industry
Strong expertise in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and modern analytics technologies (AI/LLMs preferred)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
High level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail
Continuous improvement mindset with focus on automation and digitalization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
