  • Collaborate closely with department heads and leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to drive employee experience and engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to people managers, providing coaching and focused support on employee development, performance management, recognition and talent retention.
  • Actively support employees, providing expert advice on personal growth, professional challenges and opportunities.
  • Conduct ad-hock and regular surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Lead and/or support projects, programs and initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
  • Analyze and interpret workforce data to gathers insights, identify trends and provide strategic recommendations that support both business objectives and employee engagement.
  • Partner with leadership to implement HR policies and practices that enhance organisational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Professional Skills:

  • Over 7 years of proven experience in HR with a strong focus on business partnering, people development and employee engagement.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights that support business objectives.
  • Expertise in conducting quality research (interviews, focus groups, etc.)
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and align them with business goals.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
