Head of Reporting, Planning and Controlling Corporate Centre (m/w/d)

I suoi compiti

  • In this position, you will ensure that Aurubis prepares a complete, correct and timely internal and external financial reporting.
  • You lead the Financial Reporting team and are responsible for e.g. ensuring proper individual development and trainings.
  • Furthermore, you have close interaction with the VP Corporate Controlling and Top Management on the actual results, outlook, forecast and budget data of the Aurubis Group.
  • You take on the governance role for reporting and planning, especially for the local plants within the Aurubis network.
  • Additionally, you ensure the systematic development of the reporting at Aurubis.
  • You provide internal trainings and education on reporting and performance management topics.

Il suo profilo

  • You have solid financial and technical experience in financial reporting, both internal and external.
  • You possess extensive knowledge of consolidation rules and requirements.
  • Additionally, you are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, enabling smooth communication with other locations and most corporate functions.
  • You have excellent relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain a strong network, even remotely with other sites.
  • Furthermore, you have a confident presence and can interact effectively with senior management at various levels (plant leadership, corporate leadership, and the Executive Board).
  • You are self-motivated and proactive, leading improvement projects focused on simplification and automation.
  • You maintain a continuous improvement mindset and show high resilience, meeting tight deadlines and delivering excellent results under pressure.
  • In addition, you are reliable, ensuring results are delivered on a recurring, monthly, and timely basis.
  • You are flexible and able to respond to frequent and urgent ad-hoc inquiries appropriately.
