  • Execute Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Business Development & Marketing to implement Commercial initiatives (from modelling to execution) that align with Aurubis’ growth objectives.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Drive key strategic projects, as project lead or PMO focused on sustainability/ decarbonization, digitalization, and Commercial transformation.
  • Drive External Partnerships: Lead multi-stakeholder partnerships along the value chain
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals

Profiel

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree or MBA in business administration or a related field
  • Experience: A proven background in strategy related function e.g. business development or consulting in B2B environment, Metals & Mining is a plus
  • Project Management Mastery: Experience in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with C-Level exposure, ensuring effective execution
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A drive to challenge the status quo, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that impact the bottom line
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (German proficiency is advantageous)
  • Communication: Exceptional negation and communication skills
