- We believe that teamwork does not work without trust. Therefore, we need true team players who go through the ups and downs of project work together.
- Our projects are demanding and responsible; they range from a capex volume of 0.5 million to over 100 million. Therefore, project management skills are a must have. Of course, we will fill any gaps with training and qualifications.
- With our strategic projects we will often take the lead and walk on paths where there are no footprints to follow yet. Therefore, we need people who can solve problems creatively and even think and act innovatively.
- Going new ways means being willing to change and to motivate others to follow these ways. Therefore, you should have experience in the broad field of change management or a strong interest in it.
- Ideally, a project is a learning organization in which the individual team players come together to learn with and from each other. This includes self-reflection and a willingness to evolve.
- Persistence and resilience are needed on the journey through the challenges of project work. Only in this way can the individual spades of concentrated work be accomplished together as a team.

- The next step will be an orientation talk to discuss suitable projects and roles. It ensures best fit by matching strength profiles with staffing demands. If there isn’t a best fit to project positions, alternative development options (outside the scope of Strategic Projects) will be examined.
