Uw taken

When you are looking for a meaningful career in a company where safety is priority, take the chance to join our organization. In this function your main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing trainings and teaching our employees in H&S topics.
  • Taking charge in incident investigation and analysis.
  • Be the driving force in a behaviour-based safety programme.
  • Coordinating the technical risk assessments where you are responsible for the applied methodology, the training and the support of the departments.
  • Developing and coordinating the cooperation with contractors on site from a H&S and Security perspective.
  • Giving (hands-on) advice when going on the work floor, but also in various design phases of (engineering)projects.
  • Leading the team of internal security.

Uw profiel

  • Motivating and sensitizing people to work SAFE and having an impact in this matter is your highest priority!
  • You hold a (technical) master degree or have experience related to an industrial manufacturing environment, combined with a level 1 prevention Advisor certificate.
  • You are certified as a strategic manager (DIR 01) of an internal security service or you are willing to achieve this.
  • You have the ability to transfer knowledge by teaching our employees about H&S topics.
  • In this managers role it is necessary that you can deal/connect with a diverse group and have strong social skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and have a good knowledge of English.
